MyClaims UK is here to help if you need to make a claim on your Mercedes-Benz Insurance car insurance policy.

Being in a motor accident is stressful enough, so to make things easier MyClaims UK guides you through the process, helping you gather all the relevant information you need to get your claim started.

My Claims UK could help you
Find and record the exact location of the accident via GPS
Collect and record relevant information about other drivers and/or passengers involved
Call the emergency services or friends and family
Take photos of the accident at the scene as evidence
Send all captured information to the claims department.

You can also use My Claims UK to make a claim if you’ve had your vehicle stolen, or if it’s been damaged as a result of fire, flood or vandalism. Simply enter as much information as you can at the time and one of the claims team will call you back to get the claim underway.

Anyone with a Mercedes-Benz Insurance motor policy in the UK can use the app, just enter a few personal details and your policy information when you download the App – so it’s ready for use if you need it.

The App is based on current UK law and regulations and should only be used by UK residents.
